Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající ve: a) zpracování urbanisticko-architektonické studie; b) příprava plnění veřejné zakázky zahrnující provedení veškerých průzkumných prací a dalších činností nutných pro splnění veřejné zakázky tak, aby byla zajištěna realizovatelnost stavby, zejména: i. provedení geodetického zaměření místa budoucí realizace stavby, ii. zpracování inženýrskogeologického průzkumu, iii. zpracování hydrogeologického průzkumu, iv. zpracování dendrologického průzkumu (tj. posouzení všech stávajících dřevin v zájmovém území s následným návrhem kácení a nových výsadeb vč. příp. návrhu přesných technologických opatření pro ochranu stávajících dřevin), c) zpracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby dle § 3 vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „Vyhláška“); d) zajištění inženýrské činnosti ve výstavbě (vedoucí k pravomocnému povolení záměru); e) zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle § 7 Vyhlášky vč. zpracování položkového soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, to vše v rozsahu dle vyhlášky č. 169/2016 Sb., o stanovení rozsahu dokumentace veřejné zakázky na stavební práce a soupis stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, ve znění pozdějších předpisů; f) spolupráci při výběru zhotovitele stavebních prací; g) výkonu činnosti dozoru projektanta dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů; to vše pro projekt s názvem „Revitalizace sídliště I., Jihlava“.
