Vypracování projektové dokumentace pro vydání rozhodnutí o povolení záměru (DSP) a pro provedení stavby (dále jen „PD“), včetně provedení podrobného geotechnického průzkumu (dále jen GTP) v rozsahu nezbytném pro realizaci prvku plánu společných zařízení (dále jen „PSZ“) a vyřízení povolení záměru. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby na rekonstrukci polní cesty HC5-R v katastrálním území Skalice u Znojma (prvek plánu společných zařízení na pozemku p.č. 5773 v k.ú. Skalice u Znojma) a zajištění rozhodnutí o povolení záměru (s vyznačením doložky právní moci). Délka cesty je 1 841 m a šířka v koruně 5 m s povrchem asfaltobetonovým. Zahrnuje rekonstrukci propustků P37, P4 až P8. Podrobný popis předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně stanovení rozsahu požadovaných služeb je uveden v návrhu smlouvy o dílo, který je nedílnou součástí této zadávací dokumentace jako Příloha č. 2) (dále jen „návrh smlouvy“).
