Diese notwendigen Instandsetzungsmaßnahen sollen gebündelt im laufenden Betrieb umgesetzt werden. Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude LPH 1-9. - Fensteraustausch - Sanierung Lichtschächte - Sanierung Feuchteschaden U2 Der Anfang der 1970er Jahre errichtete Bau in der Adenauerallee 35 in 53113 Bonn bietet dem Französischem Institut der Universität Bonn Büro- und Schulungsräume, Räumlichkeiten für eine Bibliothek, sowie einen Hörsaal. Das Gebäude gliedert sich in ein Souterrain und ein Untergeschoss, drei Obergeschosse und ein Staffelgeschoss. In den zwei oberen Geschossen und dem Staffelgeschoss sind Büros und Schulungsräume verortet. Im Erdgeschoss sind die Räume der Bibliothek untergebracht. Im Souterrain befindet sich neben dem Hörsaal mit bis zu 180 Sitzplätzen auch ein Foyer, beide Räume werden regelmäßig für Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen genutzt. Im Untergeschoss sind die Kellerräume und sanitäre Einrichtungen untergebracht, ebenfalls befinden sich hier die Technikbereiche für die Heizung und Lüftung. Die vorhandenen Dachflächen sind als Flachdach ausgeführt. Dem Staffelgeschoss steht eine kleine Holz-Terrasse zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Putzfassade mit weißem Anstrich. Im Bereich der West-Fassade/ Adenauerallee sind Riemchen eingelassen, welche die Fassadenkante und Fensteröffnungen künstlerisch aufgreifen. Hier befindet sich auch der Hauptzugang. Der Geländeverlauf der Südfassade ist im Bereich des Souterrains links und rechts der Fensterfassade im Hörsaal abgetreppt; im Bereich der Fensteranlage jedoch bodentief. Hier befindet sich ein Notausgang aus dem Hörsaal. Im Bereich der Rückseite/ Ost-Fassade, zum Parkplatz hin, wurde im Jahr 2014 im Zuge einer Brandschutzmaßnahme eine außenliegende Metall-Fluchttreppe verbaut.
