Поръчката е с предмет: Доставка на медицинска апаратура, заплащана от НЗОК по реда на НАРЕДБА № 2 от 27 март 2019 г. по обособени позиции: Обособена позиция 1: Апарат за инвазивна и неинвазивна вентилация и съвместим с него овлажнител Обособена позиция 2: Апарат за асистирано откашляне Обособена позиция 3: Концентратор на кислород Предметът на поръчката включва доставка на медицинската апаратура, инсталиране/монтаж, настройки, подробно изпитване, въвеждане в експлоатация, обучение на служители на Възложителя и родител на пациента за работа с апаратурата и гаранционна поддръжка. Медицинската апаратура ще бъде използвана за домашно лечение на пациенти. Посоченото количество апарати в Техническата спецификация за съответната обособена позиция е прогнозно. Възложителят си запазва правото да не заяви цялото посочено количество, без от това за него да произтичат каквито и да са неблагоприятни последици. Доставката на медицинските апарати по вид и/или по брой е спрямо възникналите нужди и ще се извършва след заявка от възложителя на необходимия брой медицинска апаратура. Източник на финансиране: За доставките на медицинските апарати Възложителят ще използва средства от НЗОК, съгласно Заповед за одобряване заплащането на услуги по чл. 7 от НАРЕДБА № 2 от 27 март 2019 г. за медицинските и други услуги по чл. 82, ал. 1а и 3 от Закона за здравето и за реда и условията за тяхното одобряване, ползване и заплащане, издадена за конкретен пациент. Плащането ще се извърши по банков път в срок от 7 (седем) календарни дни, следващи датата на получаване на средствата от НЗОК. ОП 1: Апарат за инвазивна и неинвазивна вентилация и съвместим с него овлажнител 1.1. Апарат за инвазивна и неинвазивна вентилация За употреба в домашни и болнични условия Прогнозно количество 8 /осем/ броя 1.2. Овлажнител за апарат за инвазивна и неинвазивна вентилация Овлажнител, съвместим с апарата за инвазивна и неинвазивна вентилация за индивидуална употреба Прогнозно количество 6 /шест/ броя.; ОП 2: Апарат за асистирано откашляне Апарат, почистващ секрета в дихателните пътища, подходящ за употреба в домашни и болнични условия Прогнозно количество 6 /шест/ броя.; ОП 3: Концентратор на кислород Мобилен кислороден концентратор Прогнозно количество 6 /шест/ броя.
