Обществената поръчка обхваща доставка на високоспециализирани пациентни монитори с мониторна станция за Клиника по кардиология при УМБАЛ „Света Анна“ - София АД. Медицинската апаратура следва да е в пълно съответствие с изискванията и техническите характеристики, посочени в спецификацията, изготвена от Възложителя. Обхватът на поръчката включва следните дейности: доставка, монтаж, пускане в експлоатация, обучение на персонала за работа с апаратурата и гаранционна поддръжка на 8 (осем) броя високоспециализирани пациентни монитори с 1 (един) брой мониторна станция за Клиника по кардиология при УМБАЛ „Света Анна“ - София АД. Участниците подават само една оферта за комплексно изпълнение на поръчката, като не се допуска представяне на варианти. Срокът на заявяване на медицинската апаратура е 12 месеца, като изпълнението се осъществява след писмена заявка, в зависимост от потребностите на Възложителя. Срокът за доставка на апаратурата е по предложение на участника в календарни дни, не по-дълъг от 90 календарни дни, считано от подаване на писмена заявка. Лечебното заведение няма задължение за закупуване на медицинската апаратура, предмет на настоящата процедура. Гаранционният срок на медицинската апаратура е по предложение на участника, в месеци, като не може да бъде по-кратък от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на приемо-предавателния протокол за извършена доставка. Плащането се извършва в евро, по банков път, отложено, в срок, предложен от участника, но не по-кратък от 60 календарни дни след представяне на писмена заявка, фактура, гаранционна карта и приемо-предавателен протокол. Крайната цена включва всички разходи до краен получател УМБАЛ „Света Анна” - София АД. Към техническото си предложение всеки участник следва да приложи следните документи, които са неразделна негова част: 1. Технически документи, брошури и каталози, от които да са видни параметрите на предлаганата от участника медицинска апаратура и нейното съответствие с изискванията на Възложителя, изброени в техническата спецификация 2. Oторизационно писмо от производителя на медицинската апаратура или негов оторизиран представител с правото участникът да търгува с негови продукти. Оторизационно писмо не се изисква само в случаите, когато участникът и производителят са едно и също лице.
