De hier voorliggende opdracht betreft het uitbesteden van de schoonmaak van het Medisch Centrum André Dumont te Genk-Waterschei. Dit houdt de vakkundige schoonmaak in van de vloeren, inventaris, wanden en zolderingen van de lokalen van het medisch centrum vermeld in dit lastenboek. Het Medisch Centrum André Dumont valt onder het beheer van Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg. Voor deze locatie werd gekozen om de schoonmaak uit te besteden.
