Belgium - Advisory services on environmental issues - Procedures for obtaining dredging and disposal permits in the Netherlands

The contract concerns the preparation of application dossiers for environmental permits for the maintenance of the navigation channel in the Western Scheldt and the Wielingen. The development of the dredging and disposal strategy does not form part of this assignment. The supplier will produce the permit application files needed to carry out maintenance dredging and disposal works in these waterways, following Dutch permitting procedures. The scope is limited to drafting and compiling the permit applications; broader strategic work on dredging and disposal falls outside the contract.
