Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Brussels public transport operator MIVB/STIB is procuring debt collection services under a framework agreement covering recovery of commercial claims, surcharges imposed on fare evaders, and administrative fines. MIVB handles part of the amicable phase itself and wants a single partner providing a complete service from file transfer to possible judicial enforcement, processing an estimated 60,000 open files per year. The provider needs at least one public-facing office in the Brussels-Capital Region and capacity to expand across Europe. The contract will be awarded to a maximum of 2 contractors: a main contractor and a secondary contractor as fallback.
