Clackmannanshire Council wish to appoint an architect/urban designer led consultancy team to support us in preparing a Masterplan for Alloa Town Centre. Realising this potential requires a clear narrative with shared ownership driving consistent commitment by partners, and co-ordinated activity shaping prioritised propositions for investment.
