Description

La Direction des achats et de la logistique du canton de Vaud (DAL) est rattachée à la Direction générale des immeubles et du patrimoine (DGIP). Elle a pour mission d’assurer selon les règles de l'Etat et des marchés publics en vigueur, l'approvisionnement de l'administration cantonale vaudoise (ACV) dans les secteurs équipements, mobilier, fournitures pour les formations scolaires et professionnelles, imprimés, ainsi qu'en matériel et logiciels informatiques. Le présent marché a pour but l’acquisition de compas pour les différents services de l’administration cantonale vaudoise (ACV). Toutes les livraisons se feront à la DAL. Le présent marché concerne 3 types de compas différents. La valeur annuelle estimée est de CHF 176'201.00 hors taxe, ce qui représente CHF 352'402.00 hors taxe sur la durée contractuelle de 2 ans, hors décision de suspension budgétaire, avec possibilité de prolongation d’une année jusqu’à 2 fois mais au maximum pour une durée de 4 ans. La quantité annuelle estimée dans le cadre du présent marché est de 13’000 compas. Ces volumes sont donnés à titre indicatif et ne présentent aucun engagement contractuel de la part de l’acheteur. Les soumissionnaires doivent prendre cette possibilité de variation en considération.
