VAV /Laaksotie 20 / Ikkunoiden ja ovien uusiminen Kiinteistö on VAV Asunnot Oy:n omistama ja isännöimä. Työt käsittävät huoneistojen ikkunoiden, käyntiovien ja parveke- / terassiovien uusimisen sekä yleisten tilojen ikkunoiden ja ulkoilmaan rajoittuvien ovien (ei teräsovet) uusimisen oheisen laskenta-aineiston mukaisesti. Kts. tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevat urakka-asiakirjat. Urakoitava kiinteistö luovutetaan urakoitsijalle siinä kunnossa, kuin se tarjoushetkellä on. Urakkamuoto on kokonaisurakka (pääurakka). YSE 3 §:n mukaiset työmaapalvelut sisältyvät pääurakkaan. Pääurakoitsija toimii myös kohteen päätoteuttajana. Hankintaan sovelletaan Hankintalain 96 §:n säädöstä poikkeuksellisen alhaisista tarjouksista sekä niiden mahdollisesta hylkäämisestä. Urakoitsijan tulee tutustua kohteeseen ennen tarjouksen antamista ja hänen tulee tarjouksessaan ottaa huomioon siellä vallitsevat olosuhteet. Huoneistojen ovat asutettuja.
