U Krematoria - large-scale repair of the street area

The statutory city of Usti nad Labem awarded a public works contract for the large-scale repair of the street area in part of U Krematoria street in the Strekov district. The works include replacing damaged asphalt pavement of sidewalks with concrete paving, creating barrier-free modifications, renewing part of the road surface layer and replacing drainage channels. The repair is divided into four separate construction objects: SO 01 Sidewalk I, SO 02 Drainage channel, SO 03 Roadway and SO 04 Sidewalk II. The contract was awarded to MI Roads a.s. for EUR 155,502.47, which is 42% below the estimated value of EUR 267,555.78. The award date was 2026-09-15.
