Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou zejména stavební úpravy mající za cíl zpevnění/vyztužení stávajících střešních konstrukcí budov na které budou umístěny fotovoltaické elektrárny. Zadavatel důrazně upozorňuje, že předmětem plnění jsou stavební práce, nikoli dodávka FVE, avšak pro úplnost informací a předání kompletních informací je součástí Přílohy č. 3 i projekt k dodávkám FVE. Rozsah plnění je tedy dán Přílohou č. 3b_Projekt stavba (součást Přílohy č. 3_Projekt), Přílohou č. 5_Výkaz výměr a Přílohou č. 4_Návrh smlouvy.
