Description

Předmětem této podlimitní veřejné zakázky je odstranění stavby na parc. č. 17/2, k. ú. Předlice v areálu základní školy. Jedná se o stavbu občanské vybavenosti užívanou jako družina a klubovna základní školy, stavba je nepodsklepená. Zastavěná plocha je 259 m2 a obestavěný prostor je cca 1250 m3. Během bouracích prací bude věnována veškerá možná péče k ochraně dvou stávajících líp malolistých, které se nachází v blízkosti bouraného objektu. Dle podmínek povolení bude dodavatelem před demolicí proveden kontrolní zoologický průzkum. Výstavba nového objektu v areálu základní školy v místě původní stavby družiny. Objekt bude obsahovat 6 kmenových učeben, zázemí pro učitele a sociální zázemí pro žactvo. Součástí záměru je také připojení tohoto nového objektu k inženýrským sítím.
