Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Municipality of Hoeksche Waard currently delivers travel documents and disabled parking permits (GPKs) to residents' homes as a structural service, as part of its 'personal and close by' service approach. The municipality wants to explore the possibilities the market offers for this delivery service. It therefore seeks to gain early insight into the availability of and interest among market parties willing to carry out this service. The municipality also wants to understand how providers could organise the service, and which conditions, points of attention and relevant developments apply, so that this information can inform the future organisation of home delivery of value documents to residents.
