Description
Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP) provides Care at Home Services across the Renfrewshire Council area. Staff working in this area must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
Renfrewshire Council (the Council) is seeking is seeking to establish a multi-Service Provider Framework in respect of SVQ Training for Care at Home staff, on behalf of Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
The Framework will be split into 5 Lots:
- Lot 1 - SCQF Level 6 Social Services & Healthcare;
- Lot 2 - SCQF Level 7 Social Services & Healthcare;
- Lot 3 - SCQF Level 9 Social Services & Healthcare;
- Lot 4 - SCQF Level 7 Professional Development Award Health and Social Care Supervision
- Lot 5 - SCQF Level 10 Care Services Leadership & Management.
Tenderers may apply for one or more of the Lots and the Council invites responses to the Invitation to Tender for a place on this Framework from suitably qualified Service Providers capable of providing these services.
The Council envisages a Framework with multiple Service Providers appointed to each Lot. A maximum number of 3 Service Providers will be awarded to each Lot on the Framework.
The Framework will operate on a ranked basis, with each Service Provider being ranked as detailed in Section 6 Evaluation 6.5 of the ITT.

Community Benefits are scored within this Tender - a minimum of 10 Community Benefits Points are required for the purposes of evaluation.
Tenderers should note that Community Benefit delivery will reviewed on an annual basis, based on actual spend with the awarded Service Providers. The Community Benefits offered by a Tenderer will be used as a starting point for collaborative discussion with RHSCP, and types offered at Tender may vary at implementation.
