Description

Behov har uppstått för Värnamo kommun att köpa in ett nytt bibliotekssystem. Folkbibliotek ska enligt lagen finnas i alla kommuner, vara tillgänglig för alla och anpassade till användarnas behov. Upphandlingen omfattar ett modernt, informationssäkert och användarvänligt bibliotekssystem för sin verksamhet där även skolbibliotek ingår i omfattning. För att effektivisera och underlätta den dagliga verksamheten både för personal och låntagare i Värnamo kommun. - Obegränsat med licenser för Värnamo kommuns medborgare som låntagare och användare - Obegränsat antal licenser för Kulturförvaltningens personal att kunna administrera systemet - System för medborgare och elever att registrera, söka och reservera litteratur - Websida för externt användande av medborgarna. Option -Obegränsat antal licenser Barn-och Utbildningsförvaltningen's personal på Skolbiblioteken (Apladalsskolan, Gröndalsskolan och Finnvedensgymnasium) Avtalsperioden är över åtta (8) år.
