The assignment mainly covers service, fault finding, repair, replacement, programming, commissioning, access administration and maintenance of mechanical lock systems, iLOQ and other digital lock systems, access control systems, door intercoms, laundry booking systems, fire alarms and evacuation alarms. It includes both planned and unplanned maintenance, plus delivery of materials, products, components, licences and subscriptions needed to perform the work. The estimated value is SEK 12 million with a maximum ceiling of SEK 15 million; no specific volume is guaranteed. The framework agreements may be terminated early with six months' notice if the ceiling risks being exceeded. Attaching the ESPD form is optional.
