Presentkorten är avsedda att användas som gåvor till Värnamo kommuns medarbetare och förtroendevalda. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delområden och avser presentkort i fysisk och digital form. Värnamo kommun avser att teckna ett ramavtal per del med en leverantör inom respektive del. Under 2025 köpte Värnamo kommun fysiska presentkort till ett värde av cirka 1 080 000 SEK och digitala presentkort till ett värde av cirka 135 000 SEK. Det beräknade avtalsvärdet för detta avtal är ca 4,8 miljoner för fysiska presentkort och ca 1,2 miljoner för digitala presentkort. Upphandlingens takvolym i SEK per del: • Del 1 - Fysiska presentkort 6 000 000 SEK • Del 2 - Digitala presentkort 2 000 000 SEK Beställningsvolymerna kommer variera under avtalsperioden och kan inte garanteras. De största beställningarna förväntas ske inför jul men volymen kan komma att variera från år till år då respektive chef beslutar om medarbetare ska erbjudas presentkort eller annan julgåva. Värnamo kommun förbehåller sig rätten att under avtalsperioden genomföra separata upphandlingar av andra typer av gåvor. ESPD Det framgår när man lämnar anbudet i e-Avrop att man som anbudsgivare kan välja att bocka för/ur ESPD-formuläret. Det är en valmöjlighet och inte ett krav att bifoga ESPD.
