Region Värmland har ca 8 500 anställda och har en tradition att uppvakta personal vid olika tillfällen i varierande antal och i olika valörer. Behovet är både som gåva till personal och som blodgivargåva. Regionen avser att upphandla lokala presentkort för olika orter inom Region Värmland samt ett digitalt presentkort med en webbshop som erbjuder ett brett utbud av anslutna inköpsställen att välja presentkort från. Denna upphandling kompletterar utbudet av valbara gåvor till personal som upphandlats tidigare, Upphandling av Gåvor RS/260587 samt valbara blodgivargåvor i upphandling Blodgivargåva RS/261117. Leverantörer som planerar lämna anbud i denna upphandling uppmanas att först läsa igenom Administrativa föreskrifter för en beskrivning av upphandlingen. Därefter noggrant läsa igenom övriga upphandlingsdokument. Anbud med ofullständigt inlämnande uppgifter eller vid avsaknad av efterfrågade dokument kommer att förkastas.
