Finnvedsbostäder AB inbjuder till anbudsgivning avseende avtal för bevakningstjänster. Upphandlingen omfattar tillhandahållande av bevakningstjänster inom Finnvedsbostäder AB:s vid varje tidpunkt befintliga fastighetsbestånd. Värnamo kommun är den som administrerar och annonserar upphandlingen för Finnvedsbostäder AB. Uppdraget omfattar i huvudsak: · trygghetsjour med utryckning vid störningsanmälan · upplåsning efter avrop · daglig rondering motsvarande minst en (1) timme per dygn · uppkoppling till larmcentral för sju (7) inbrottslarm · larmmottagning och larmhantering · larmutryckning · dokumentation, statistik och rapportering · jourmässig kommunikation med Beställaren Upphandlingens beräknade värde: SEK 4,4 miljoner Upphandlingens maximala värde (takvolym): SEK 5,0 miljoner Ingen specifik volym garanteras. Om takvolymen uppnås har ramavtalen inte längre någon verkan.
