Description

Värnamo kommun inbjuder till anbudsgivning för "Tekniska konsulter för kommunaltekniska projekt". Översiktlig information Konsultuppdrag inom ingenjörsverksamhet inom området mark och anläggning. Med kommunaltekniska projekt avses sammanhållna, multidisciplinära uppdrag där syftet är att ta fram tekniska handlingar för byggande av teknisk försörjning och allmän plats i kommunens investeringsverksamhet. Uppdrag kan bland annat omfatta faserna förprojektering, detaljprojektering och upprättande av komplett förfrågningsunderlag för entreprenader. Faserna kan komma att avropas var för sig eller samlat. Även uppdrag avseende ”second opinion” på handlingar framtagna av annan konsult kan förekomma. Sammanhållet uppdrag preciseras normalt sett i en projektspecifik uppdragsbeskrivning. Konsulten ska sätta ihop en grupp av resurser från flera teknikområden utifrån det specifika uppdragets omfattning och komplexitet. Konsulten ska presentera organisation, budget och tidplan som överenskommes med beställaren före uppdragsstart. Konsulten förväntas genomföra uppdraget med hög grad av självständighet. Se även AUC.1. Upphandlingen består av flera teknikområden, se Administrativa föreskrifter. Anbud ska omfatta samtliga ingående teknikområden och utrustning/instrument. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med de tre anbudsgivare som placerar sig på plats ett till tre i samband med anbudsprövning. Avrop från ramavtal kommer att ske enligt rangordning. Avrop från ramavtal kommer att ske löpande efter behov. Avrop från ramavtal kommer främst att ske från Teknik- & projektavdelningen. Avrop kan även komma att ske från övriga verksamheter inom Värnamo kommun Upphandlingens beräknade värde är 20 000 000 kronor. Upphandlingens maximala värde (takvolym) är 30 000 000 kronor. Ingen specifik volym garanteras. Om takvolymen uppnås har ramavtalen inte längre någon verkan. Köparen har rätt till förtida uppsägning av ramavtalen om takvolymen riskerar att överskridas under avtalstiden, detta med sex månaders uppsägningstid. Information gällande ESPD: Det framgår när man lämnar anbudet i e-Avrop att man som anbudsgivare kan välja att bocka för/ur ESPD-formuläret. Det är en valmöjlighet och inte ett krav att bifoga ESPD.
