Ellevio genomföra en upphandling av ett Ramavtal för kabelarbeten i Stockholms tunnlar. Upphandlingen omfattar arbeten inom säkerhetskänslig verksamhet och kommer att ställa särskilda krav på bland annat säkerhetsskydd, kompetens och genomförandeförmåga. Ramavtalet kommer omfatta arbeten med varierande omfattning, teknisk komplexitet och spänningsnivåer, främst 33, 110 och 220 kV. Ellevio kommer att tillhandahålla kabel samt skarvar och kabelavslut för 110 kV och 220 kV. Allt övrigt material som krävs för entreprenadernas fullständiga genomförande ska ingå i entreprenörens åtagande. Upphandlingen genomförs som konkurrenspräglad dialog enligt lagen (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna (LUF). I detta första steg ansöker leverantörer om att få delta i upphandlingen. De leverantörer som uppfyller kvalificeringskraven och väljs ut kommer att bjudas in till dialog. Under dialogfasen kommer Ellevio och deltagande leverantörer att behandla bland annat ramavtalets utformning, avropsmodell, leveransskyldighet, kapacitet och resurser samt tekniska och kommersiella förutsättningar. Ramavtalets löptid planeras preliminärt till 5 år med möjlighet för beställaren att förlänga avtalet tre gånger om 12 månader.
