Haninge kommun avser att utföra en utbyggnad av kommunalt vatten, avlopp, vägnät samt fiber- och elnätet, i syfte att tillåta förtätning med friliggande villor av detaljplanerat område. Entreprenaden syftar även till att bevara områdets karaktär genom att skydda områdets natur och kulturvärden som bedöms värdefulla för Haninge kommun. Denna entreprenadupphandling avser den första etappen för den planerade utbyggnaden och förtätningen av området Norrby, Södra.
