Description

Bakgrund: Som en del i att förstärka regionnätet i Hälsingland i projektet Nord-Syd, ska 145 kV ledningen L1-130 mellan Dönje och Söderala byggas om, längd c:a 30 km. L1-130 går mellan Dönje (norr om Bollnäs) till Söderala (väster om Söderhamn) i Hälsingland. Befintlig ledning är byggd som trästolpsportals ledning och har faslina FeAl 281mm². Ny ledning: Nya ledningen L1-130 som efter ombyggnation byter namn till AL119 respektive AL120 byggs om inom befintlig koncession. Nya stolpar ska vara av kompositmaterial , faslina Al59, 3x1x910mm² och OPGW motsvarande 241mm² Förutsättningar: Entreprenören tillhandahåller allt material. Ledningen går på långa sträckor parallellt med andra ledningar. Projektet kan komma att omfattas av Säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585). I sådant fall kommer Ellevio att kräva att ett säkerhetsskyddsavtal (nivå 1, 2 eller 3 beroende på bedömning) tecknas mellan Ellevio och den entreprenör som tilldelas kontraktet. Slutlig bedömning av behovet av säkerhetsskyddsavtal kommer att göras inför utskick av FFU. Leverantörer som deltar i kvalificeringen uppmanas därför att redan nu beakta att krav på säkerhetsskyddsavtal kan komma att aktualiseras.
