Description

Vantaanjoen ja Helsingin seudun vesiensuojeluyhdistys ry VHVSY vastaa Vantaanjoen ja sen sivujokien veden laadun yhteistarkkailusta sekä toiminta-alueen jätevedenpuhdistamoiden (pois lukien HSY:n puhdistamot) yhteistarkkailusta. Yhdistys myös koordinoi tällä hetkellä pääkaupunkiseudun ja Tuusulan sekä Hyvinkään pohjavesien yhteistarkkailuja. Vesiensuojeluyhdistyksen ottamat vesistö-, pohjavesi- ja jätevesinäytteet tulee analysoida FINAS akkreditointipalveluiden akkreditoimassa laboratoriossa. Hankinnan kohteena ovat Vantaanjoen ja Helsingin seudun vesiensuojeluyhdistyksen yllä kuvattuihin yhteistarkkailuihin käyttämät laboratoriotutkimuspalvelut ja niihin liittyvä maksuton suomenkielinen neuvonta. Pyydämme tarjoustanne vuosien 2026-2027 ja optiona vuosien 2028-2029 vesistö-, jätevesi- ja liete- sekä pohjavesinäytteiden analysoinnista. Analytiikka ja analyysien alustavat lukumäärät vuositasolla ilmenevät tarjouspyynnön liitetaulukossa. Näytteiden lopulliset määrät voivat vaihdella vuosittain tarjouspyynnön liitetaulukossa kuvatulla tavalla. Tämän takia hankinnasta tehdään puitesopimus. Lisänäytteitä voi tulla esimerkiksi yhdistyksen hulevesi-, pohjavesi-, maa- ja metsätalouden vesiensuojelu- ja hajakuormituksen vähentämishankkeiden kautta. Pyydämme liittämään tarjoukseen myös tiedot laboratorionne analyysivalmiuksista liitetaulukon ”Lisätietoja”-välilehdellä esitetyistä satunnaisesti tilattavista määrityksistä.
