Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Sodankylä - Pelkosenniemi - Kemijärvi-alueen moottorikelkkareitistön (myös ”reitistö”) koneellinen kunnossapitopalvelu. Palveluntuottajan vastuulle kuuluu Sodankylä -Pelkosenniemi - Kemijärvi alueen moottorikelkkareitistön kunnossapidon tehtävät. Palveluun sisältyvän reitistön kokonaispituus on noin 393 kilometriä. Reitit on esitetty tarkemmin Tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Sopimuskausi on jaettu kunnostuskausiin (2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028 ja 2028-2029). Jokaiselle kunnostuskaudelle tehdään erillinen kunnossapito-ohjelmansa, jonka molemmat osapuolet allekirjoittavat. Kunnossapito-ohjelmassa määritellään muun muassa hankittavan palvelun määrä ja palvelun suorittamisen ajankohdat. Sopimus on voimassa siten, että se tulee voimaan, kun se on allekirjoitettu ja päättyy kunnostuskauden 2029 päättyessä ja kun Sopijapuolet ovat täyttäneet Sopimuksen mukaiset velvoitteensa. Tilaajan tavoitteena on hankkia jokaiselle kunnostuskaudelle Palvelua arvionmukaisen määrän, mutta määrästä voidaan poiketa varattujen määrärahojen puitteissa tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin kuvatusti. Edellisellä sopimuskaudella, joka vastaa kilpailutettavaa sopimusta, kunnostuskilometrejä kertyi per kunnostuskausi noin 5500 kilometriä. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
