Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut on kilpailuttanut Videoiden ja podcastien tekstityspalveluista asiakkailleen. Laki digitaalisten palveluiden tarjoamisesta eli Digipalvelulaki (306/2019) edellyttää, että videoiden ja podcastien tulee olla tekstitettyjä lain saavutettavuusvaatimusten mukaisesti ja niiden tulee noudattaa kansainvälisen WCAG -ohjeistuksen A- ja AA-tason kriteerejä. Lain tavoitteena on edistää digitaalisten palvelujen saatavuutta, laatua, tietoturvallisuutta sekä sisällön saavutettavuutta ja siten parantaa jokaisen mahdollisuuksia käyttää yhdenvertaisesti digitaalisia palveluja.
