VR Group (VR-Yhtymä Oyj), a Finnish railway company, is requesting participation for the procurement of protective clothing for the entire staff of its Logistics business unit, used in freight transport work. Brand clothing used in passenger transport tasks is excluded. The contract period is three years, from 1 October 2027 to 30 September 2030, with up to three optional one-year extensions. The procurement covers clothing plus washing and logistics services; VR will either rent the garments or purchase them. Clothing must be suitable for outdoor work, easy to maintain in industrial laundries, and meet visibility class EN ISO 20471-2. Both winter and summer clothing are included.
