Finland - Protective clothing and equipment - Personal protective equipment, hand sanitizers and hand creams, TP 7 - 26

Helsinki Region Environmental Services (HSY), a Finnish joint municipal authority providing critical water supply, wastewater and waste management services, is establishing a framework agreement for personal protective equipment, hand sanitizers and hand creams for its various sites. A preliminary product list is attached to the notice. Up to two (2) framework suppliers will be selected; if fewer than two qualifying offers are received, HSY may select one supplier or cancel the procurement. The framework lasts two (2) years, with estimated contract start on 1 May 2026. Purchases follow a ranking model, with the cheapest bid first, and pickups under EUR 500 (excl. VAT) may be ordered freely. There is no purchase guarantee and no exclusivity.
