Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat VR-Yhtymä Oyj:n (jäljempänä "VR") tarvitsemat kiinteistöjen ja sähköratajärjestelmien sähkökunnossapidon ja sähkölaitteistojen käytönjohtajan palvelut. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen, ja ehdokas voi jättää osallistumishakemuksen toiseen tai molempiin niistä. Hankinnan sopimuskausi on kummassakin osa-alueessa kolme (3) vuotta ajalle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029, minkä lisäksi kummassakin osa-alueessa sopimusta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan alustava sisältö on kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteenä olevassa alustavassa hankinnan kohteen kuvauksessa. Hankintaa koskevat asiakirjat ja niiden sisältö täydentyvät hankintamenettelyn aikana ja lopullinen hankinnan kohde ja vaatimukset esitetään lopullisessa tarjouspyynnössä. Hankintasopimusta voidaan hyödyntää myös VR:n kulloinkin voimassa olevissa tytär- ja osakkuusyhtiöissä. Hankintamenettelyn aikana hankintaan voi tulla mukaan VR:n tytäryhtiö/tytäryhtiöitä tai siitä voi poistua VR:n tytäryhtiöitä tai kiinteistöjä.
