Description

Hankinnan kohteena kohteena ovat maaperä- ja vesinäytteistä tehtävät mikrobiologiset määritykset sekä määrityksiin liittyvät palvelut. Lisäksi sopimuksen kohteeseen sisältyy edellä kuvattuun käyttötarkoitukseen liittyvät analyysit, joita Toimittaja käyttää mikrobiologisiin määrityksiin. Maaperä- ja vesinäytteistä tehtävät mikrobiologiset määritykset liittyvät epäiltyjen ympäristörikosten selvittämiseen. Ympäristörikosnäytteet ovat erilaisia luonnonvesi-, jätevesi- tai kiinteitä näytteitä (esim. maaperä- tai sedimenttinäytteitä). Näytteitä taltioidaan epäillystä päästöstä, päästölähteestä sekä ympäröivältä alueelta. Näytteiden analysointi sisältää erilaisten mikrobiologisten haitta-aineiden tunnistamisen ja pitoisuusmäärityksen tarvittavine esikäsittelyineen. Tutkimustilauksessa määritellään, mitä parametreja näytteistä kulloinkin tutkitaan. Hankinnan kohdetta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus ja vaatimukset ja liitteessä A Sopimus. SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta. Sopimukseen sisältyy optiona sopimuksien jatkaminen enintään kolmen (3) vuoden optiokaudella. HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Hankinnan ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton arvo on 50 000 - 120 000 euroa sopimuskauden aikana sisältäen myös optiokauden. Hankittavien määritysten ennakoitua arvoa on vaikea arvioida, koska se on riippuvainen määritystä vaativien tapahtumien määrästä. Hansel Oy toimii kilpailutuksessa konsultatiivisessa roolissa
