Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Elenian toimitilojen rakennusurakka teknisenä KVR-urakkana. Kohteen arvioitu koko on noin 7 000 brm2 ja se tulee koostumaan 3 kerroksesta sekä kellarista. Tontin kokonaisala on 2,0 ha ja tontti on Elenian omistuksessa. Rakennettavat toimitilat sisältävät arviolta 350 työpistettä avotoimistossa. Suunnitelmat pitävät sisällään lisäksi aulatilan, kokoustiloja, atriumin, lounasravintolan, sosiaalitiloja sekä varastotiloja. Tontille sijoitetaan noin 250 pysäköintipaikkaa, huoltopiha sekä viheralueita. Hankinnan kohde tarkentuu hankintamenettelyn kuluessa. Sähkö- ja työturvallisuus ovat Elenialle merkittäviä arvoja. Elenia on sitoutunut minimoimaan tapaturmat johtamalla ja kehittämällä työturvallisuuskulttuuria yhteistyössä kumppaneidensa kanssa. Tulevassa rakennusurakassa urakoitsijan tulee noudattaa turvallisuusasiakirjaa, joka sisältää tavanomaista korkeampia työturvallisuusvaatimuksia sekä sanktioita ja kannustimia. Kyseessä olevassa toimitilojen rakennusurakan hankinnassa oli ilmoitetussa ennakoidussa kokonaisarvossa olennainen virhe. Hankinnasta on julkaistu uusi osallistumispyyntö.
