Turnkey contract for space alterations on the 5th floor of the Agora building of the University of Jyväskylä

The University of Jyväskylä is procuring a turnkey building contract for space alteration works on the 5th floor of its Agora building. The work area covers approximately 310 m2 of an occupied office building where operations continue during the contract period. The contract form is a turnkey contract in which the main contractor acts as prime contractor and principal implementer. HVAC, sprinkler, ventilation and electrical works are included in the main contractor's obligations. All works must be completed in accordance with the tender documents and finished no later than 31 March 2027. The contract period runs from week 46/2026 (9 November 2026) to week 13/2027 (31 March 2027).
