Kevätniemen teollisuusalueen ajoyhteys, Lieksan kaupunki Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää tarjoustanne Lieksan kaupungin toimeksiannosta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti jäljempänä mainitun kohteen rakennusurakasta. Rakennuskohteena on Lieksan kaupungin Kevätniemen kaupunginosassa sijaitsevan teollisuusalueen ja Rantakylänraitin välisen ajoyhteyden rakentaminen suunnitelma-asiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Hankkeen kokonaiskustannusarviosta 50 % rahoitetaan Europan aluekehitysrahastosta, Uudistuva ja osaava Suomi 2021-2027 EU:n alue- ja rakennepolitiikan ohjelmasta. Työmaan esittely pidetään 17.9.2026 klo 10.00 alkaen rakennuskohteessa Kalliokatu/Rantakylänraitti. Ilmoittautuminen työmaaesittelyyn tulee tehdä sähköpostitse 16.9.2026 klo 12.00 mennessä osoitteeseen ritva.patja@lieksa.fi. Rakennuttajan suositus on, että urakoitsija on tutustunut myös paikan päällä urakka-alueeseen ennen tarjouksen jättämistä. Mikäli urakoitsija jättää käymättä paikan päällä, ei urakoitsija voi myöhemmin vedota seikkoihin, jotka olisi tutustumisen yhteydessä mahdollisesti käynyt ilmi. Rakentamislupaa on haettu, joten hankinta on ehdollinen. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Urakan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.,
