Description

Tämä tarjouspyyntö perustuu Hansel Oy:n Toimitilakalusteet 2021-2025 (DPS) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”). Tarjouspyyntö koskee DPS:n 1: Kalusteet tavarahankintana Liite 1 ja liite2. Tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on liitteessä 3 sekä hankittavien tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 4 Hintalomake. Liitteinä 7 ja 8 ovat pohjakuvat rakennuksesta. SOPIMUSKAUSI Kilpailutus koskee projektia, jossa kilpailutetaan peruskorjatun hallintorakennuksen kalustusta. Muutto uudistettuihin tiloihin on 15.1.2025 eli kalusteet tulee olla tuolloin paikoillaan asennettuna. Lisäksi varataan mahdollisuus tehdä mahdollisia lisähankintoja 30.5.2025 saakka. Kalusteiden toimituksessa otetaan huomioon tiukka toimitusaika ja voidaan jonkin tuotteen kohdalla joustaa aikataulun suhteen. Liitteessä 4 Hintalomake on lueteltu ja kuvattu kilpailutettavat kalusteet. Kuvat ovat havainnekuvia, joista ilmenee haluttu kalusteiden muotokieli. Mitoissa on sallittu +- 10 % poikkeama. Hintalomakkeella sallittua jättää yksi rivi täyttämättä. Tällöin tulee huomioida, että tyhjä rivi täytetään tarjoajien saman rivin tuotteen kalleimmalla hinnalla. Liitteessä 4 Hintalomake, on varattu sarake, jossa tarjoaja vakuuttaa rivikohtaisesti, että tarjottu tuote täyttää sille asetetut vaatimukset. Kohta jätetään tyhjäksi mikäli tuote ei täytä sille asetettuja vaatimuksia.
