Description

Asiakas pyysi tarjousta toimitilakalusteista tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. HANKINNAN KOHDE JA LAAJUUS Tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n Toimitilakalusteet 2021-2025 (DPS) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”). Tarjouspyyntö koski DPS:n luokkaa 1: Kalusteet tavarahankintana. Hankittavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Hankinta oli jaettu neljään (4) osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueet olivat: 1. Irtokalusteet, osa-alue keskeytettiin 2. Tekstiilit 3. Erikoiskiinto- ja mittatilauskalusteet 4. Sisustusvalaisimet, osa-alue keskeytettiin Kustakin osa-alueesta tehtiin oma hankintasopimus hankintapäätöksen jälkeen. Jos toimittaja oli voittanut useamman osa-alueen, voitiin toimittajan voittamat osa-alueet yhdistää samalle sopimukselle. Tarjouksen sai jättää yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. SOPIMUSKAUSI Kilpailutus koski projektia. Projektin arvioitu toteutusajankohta oli määritelty liitteessä "Hankintasopimus". Kustakin osa-alueesta tehtiin oma hankintasopimus hankintapäätöksen jälkeen. Jos toimittaja oli voittanut useamman osa-alueen, voitiin toimittajan voittamat osa-alueet yhdistää samalle sopimukselle. Tarjouksen sai jättää yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen.; Osa-alue keskeytettiin.
