HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena on etäkäyttöinen digitaalinen sanoma- ja aikakauslehtipalvelu, johon kuuluu kaikille tilaajayksiköille yhteinen vaatimusmäärittelyn mukainen kokoelma näköislehtiä ja käyttöliittymä lehtien käyttöön, selailuun, hakuun ja lukemiseen sekä niihin liittyvät tukipalvelut. Palvelun käyttäjäntunnistus tapahtuu IP-osoitteilla tai kirjastokortilla ja salasanalla. Katso tarkempi hankinnan kohteen kuvaus tarjouspyynnön liitteeltä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Tämä hankinta on osa FinELib-konsortion aineistohankintaa. Tilaajayksiköitä ovat yleiset kirjastot, yliopistot, ammattikorkeakoulut ja tutkimuslaitokset, jotka ovat konsortion jäseniä. Kaikki tilaajayksiköt on lueteltu liitteessä 7. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja, joka vastaa kokonaisuutena etäkäyttöisen digitaalisen sanoma- ja aikakauslehtipalvelun tuottamisesta. SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa enintään kahden (2) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella sopimuksen ehdoin. Ks. myös tarjouspyynnön liitteenä A olevan sopimuksen luku "Sopimuksen voimassaolo". HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Hankinnan arvioitu arvo on 915 000-1 090 000 euroa (alv 0 %) sisältäen myös optiokauden. Hankinnan enimmäisarvo on 1 090 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Luvut perustuvat tilaajayksiköiden antamiin arvioihin puitejärjestelyn käytöstä. Puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on laskettu 4 vuodelle.
