This is an invitation to a market survey, not a call for tenders. Keski-Uusimaa wellbeing services county is preparing the procurement of personal assistance services under the Disability Services Act, to be carried out as internal competitive bidding through DPS class 1 Personal Assistance. The service uses a purchase service model, covering basic services, assistance rings and urgent services. The competitive procurement is planned to start in April 2026 with a new contract period from 1 September 2026; the schedule is tentative. Interested suppliers may register for a Teams info session by 27 February 2026 at 12:00 via hankinnat@lehtijakumppanit.fi, comment on draft documents, and submit participation applications.
