Finland - Hotel, restaurant and retail services - Leasing of a food kiosk space as a user rights agreement

The Wellbeing Services County of Central Uusimaa and the Municipality of Tuusula are jointly seeking requests to participate for the lease of a food kiosk space, procured as a user rights agreement. The space will be located on the ground floor of a new health and social services centre in Hyryla, Tuusula, with an area of about 50 m2 and direct street access towards the bus station. Food may be sold on the premises, but no technical provisions for a grill or food preparation kitchen will be installed. The centre and the space are expected to open around January to March 2029. The lease will be fixed term for at least five years, with duration negotiated to cover the selected provider's investments and returns. The procedure is a competitive negotiated procedure under the Procurement Act (1397/2016), and all candidates submitting requests to participate will be invited to negotiate.
