Description

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyytää Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen toimeksiannosta Terveydenhuollon kuvantamis- ja tutkimuspalveluiden dynaamisen kaltaiseen hankintamenettelyyn (565539) hyväksytyiltä markkinatoimijoilta tarjouksia hankintamenettelyn sisäiseen kilpailutukseen: Kliiniset rintarauhasen tutkimukset ja toimenpiteet. Kliinisillä rintarauhasen tutkimuksilla ja toimenpiteillä tarkoitetaan tutkimuksia ja toimenpiteitä, jotka suoritetaan potilaan oireen, aiemmin sairastetun rintasyövän tai kohonneen rintasyöpäriskin perusteella. Palvelu tuotetaan kiinteissä toimipisteissään Tampereella ja/tai erikseen sovittaessa muualla Pirkanmaalla. Hankinta sisältää palvelukokonaisuuden "Kliiniset rintarauhasen tutkimukset ja toimenpiteet lausuntoineen", joka koostuu seuraavista palvelutuotteista: • Mammografiatutkimus • Ultraäänitutkimus • Ultraääniohjattu neulabiopsia • Mikroskooppinen tutkimus ja patologin lausunto • Biopsia stereotaktisessa ohjauksessa • Duktografia Lisäksi Palveluntuottajan tulee tarjota Tilaajalle optiotuotteena rintarauhasen magneettitutkimusta. Sopimuskausi alkaa 01.01.2026 ja on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankinnan ennakoitu volyymi on noin 1500 tutkimusta/ vuosi. Hankinnan ennakoitu volyymi on laskettu palvelukuvauksessa määriteltyjen kuntien hankittavan palvelun vuoden 2024 tietoihin perustuen. Esitetyt luvut ovat sitoumuksettomia tietoja ja määrät voivat muuttua sopimuskauden aikana. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettu hankinnan arvo on ennakoitu hankinnan kokonaisarvo, jonka laskemiseen on käytetty historiatietoja hankittavan palvelun osalta. Hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.
