Description
Urakka käsittää kahden 80-luvun lopulla rakennetun kerrostalon perusparannuksen. Peruskorjaukseen liittyviä töitä ovat mm. maanrakennus-, purku-, rakennustekniset- ja LVISA- työt. Saneerattavat rakennukset ovat tyhjiä rakennustyön ajan. Huomioitavaa, että yhtiö koostuu neljästä kerrostalosta, joista kahdessa asutaan normaalisti saneeraustyön aikana. Urakan täsmällisempi sisältö on kuvattu perusparannuksesta laadituissa laskenta-asiakirjoissa. Ks. urakkalaskenta-aineiston asiakirjaluettelo. Urakkaohjelman kohdan 3.1 kirjaukset tulee huomioida myös tarjousta laskiessa.
