Description

Tuotantotilan lämmitysjärjestelmänmuutoksen KVR-urakka KVR-urakkatarjouksen tulee sisältää Rajalantie 5 tuotantotilan lämmitysjärjestelmän muutoksen mukaiset Lämpö-, Vesi-, Viemäröinti-, Ilmanvaihto-, Jäähdytys- ja Automaatiotyöt kokonaisuudessaan valmiiksi saatettuna. Kiinteistön nykyinen öljylämmitys korvataan uudella energiatehokkaalla ja toimintavarmalla lämmitysjärjestelmäratkaisulla, joka huomioi kiinteistössä syntyvän hukkalämmön sekä vaihtelevan lämmitystarpeen eri vuodenaikoina. Käytössä oleva öljylämmitys poistetaan jatkuvasta käytöstä ja tilalle toteutetaan KVR-urakoitsijan suunnitelmien mukainen energiamoduuli,esim. lämpöpumpputekniikalla toimiva lämmitysjärjestelmä. KVR-urakassa toteutetaan kokonaisratkaisu tehdaskiinteistön lämmöntuotantoon sisältäen tarvittavat rakennukset/kontit/moduulit, laitteistot, automaation sekä järjestelmän käyttöönoton. Tarjoaja vastaa tarjottavan kokonaisuuden teknisestä toimivuudesta.
