Description

Rakennushanke käsittää Sataedun Huittisten logistiikka-alan uuden koulutuskeskuksen uudisrakentamisen alueineen ja ympäristöineen teknisten ratkaisujen KVR-urakkana. Rakennuspaikka/tontti on Satakunnan koulutuskuntayhtymän omistuksessa ja sen osoite on Ajomies 1, 32700 Huittinen. Tilaaja on teettänyt valmiiksi kohteen ARK-, RAK-, GEO- ja AKU-suunnitelmat ja kyseiset suunnittelijat jatkavat mukana myös hankkeen toteutusvaiheessa, tilaajan vastatessa niiden kustannuksista. Teknisten ratkaisujen KVR-urakoitsijan vastattavaksi jää hankkeen taloteknisten suunnitelmien laatiminen sekä kaikkien tilaajan teettämien suunnittelualojen suunnitelmien yhteensovittaminen ja mahdolliset havaittavat rakenteelliset optimoinnit. Hanke toteutetaan Rakennustieto Oy:n ympäristöluokituksen (ent. RTS-ympäristöluokitus) kriteeristön mukaisesti, minimitavoitetasoon tähtiluokka 3 tähteä. Lisäksi päärakennus toteutetaan kokonaisuudessaan puhtausluokan P1 toimenpiteitä noudattaen.
