Lapin yliopisto, Lapin AMK ja REDU pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen rakennus-, sähkö- ja LVI-töistä, sekä sähköautomaatio töistä. Hankinnan kohteena on vuosikorjaus-, korjaus- ja muutostyöt tarvikkeineen sekä investoinnit. Lapin yliopisto hallinnoi ja ylläpitää Rovaniemen kaupungissa vuokraamiaan kiinteistöjä sekä niiden yhteydessä olevia muita rakennuksia. Lapin Ammattikorkeakoulu hallinnoi ja ylläpitää Rovaniemen, Kemin ja Tornion kaupungissa omistamiaan ja vuokraamiaan kiinteistöjä sekä niiden yhteydessä olevia muita rakennuksia. Redu hallinnoi ja ylläpitää Rovaniemen, Sodankylän, Kittilän ja Kemijärven alueilla omistamiaan ja vuokraamiaan kiinteistöjä sekä niiden yhteydessä olevia muita rakennuksia. Redun osalta hankinta koskettaa Rovaniemen aluetta. Tämän tarjouspyynnön kohteena on em. organisaatioiden kiinteistöjen tilamuutos- ja korjaustöihin liittyvät rakennustekniset, sähköjärjestelmien, LVI-järjestelmien muutos- ja asennustyöt ja automaation muutos- ja asennustyöt . Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo ilman arvonlisäveroa 15 000 000 €, hankintayksiköt eivät sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin. Hankinnan arvosta merkittävä osa toteutuu Rovaniemen alueella. Arvioidut hankinnat osa-alueittain: Rakentaminen 2/3, LVI- ja sähkötyöt 1/3. Hankintojen arvot voivat vaihdella vuosittain merkittävästi riippuen tila- ja kiinteistöstrategioiden toimeenpanosta, sekä niihin liittyvistä rahoituksista. Hankintayksiköt pyrkivät ennakoimaan resurssitarpeet kohtuullisessa ajassa, jotta sopimuskumppaneilla on aikaa reagoida resurssit vastaamaan työkohdetta. Hankintayksiköiden luonteesta johtuen laajemmat työkohteet pyritään ajoittamaan opetuksen ulkopuoliselle ajalle (lomakausille). Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen rakennusteknisistä töistä.; Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen LVI- järjestelmien muutos- ja asennustöistä.; Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen sähköasennustöistä.; Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen, automaatiojärjestelmien huolto-, ja ylläpitotyöt koskien Schneider Electric tuoteperhettä (SmartStructure, TAC Vista ja Atmostech) Korjattavien ja huolettavien laitteiden varaosat.
