Uudisrakennusten rakentaminen kvr-urakkamallilla; Turun Pääskyvuoren alueelle toteutettava asuinkerrostalo ja pysäköintihalli pihatöineen. Hankkeen urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen kokonaisvastuu-urakka (KVR-urakka), sisältäen rakennus- ja talotekniset työt sekä tarjouspyynnön mukaisten suunnitelmien, sekä työ- ja toteutussuunnitelmien valmiiksi saattaminen pohjatutkimuksen ja suunnitteluohjeen lähtötietojen pohjalta, urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hanke sisältää yhden A-energialuokan asuinkerrostalon n. 2300 k-m2. Tämän lisäksi tontille rakennetaan urakkaohjelman mukaisia pysäköintihalli- pihakansi- ja kulkualueita. Ajoliittymät tontille toteutetaan suunnitelmien mukaisesti.
