Tämä ennakkoilmoitus ei ole hankintailmoitus tai tarjouspyyntö, vaan markkinakartoitukseen liittyvä tietopyyntö ja kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun. Tämä ilmoitus ei sido hankintayksikköä eikä osallistujia. Tampereen Infra Oy julkaisee mahdollisen hankintailmoituksen vuokratyökoneiden ja -laitteiden hankinnasta loppuvuoden aikana. Hankinnasta on julkaistu ennakkoon kilpailutussuunnitelma, jota pyritään päivittämään ajantasaisesti. Tietopyyntö ei velvoita hankintayksikköä toteuttamaan mahdollista hankintaa, eikä tietopyyntöön vastaaminen tai markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuminen ole edellytyksenä mahdollisesti myöhemmin järjestettävään tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiselle. Osallistujille ei makseta korvausta tietopyyntöön vastaamisesta tai markkinavuoropuheluun osallistumisesta. Markkinavuoropuhelu toteutetaan kahdenkeskeisinä keskusteluina hankintayksikön ja toimittajan kesken Teamsilla arvioidusti viikolla 45, mikäli osallistujia on maksimissaan 6 kpl. Teams keskusteluihin varataan aikaa yksi (1) tunti per osallistuja. Jos osallistujien määrä ylittyy, toteutetaan markkinavuoropuhelu kaikkien ilmoittautuneiden kesken sähköpostilla. Keskustelut käydään suomen kielellä. Markkinavuoropuhelussa pyritään kartoittamaan mm. alan yleisiä ehtoja ja hinnoittelukäytäntöjä sekä vuokratyökoneiden ja -laitteiden vakuutuskäytäntöjä. Lisäksi keskustellaan vaatimuksista, hankinnan osa-alueista ja hankintamallista sekä sähköisten työkoneiden ja -laitteiden asemasta hankinnassa. Tietopyyntöön ja markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuville jaetaan hankinnan luonnosmateriaalit kommentoitavaksi ja keskustelua käydään materiaalien pohjalta. Osallistujien on mahdollista esitellä myös omaa palveluaan tilaisuudessa. Markkinavuoropuhelusta kiinnostuneita pyydetään toimittamaan yhteystiedot sähköpostilla osoitteeseen hankinnat@tampereeninfra.fi (yrityksen nimi ja y-tunnus, yhteyshenkilö, sähköpostiosoite) otsikolla "Markkinavuoropuhelu: Vuokratyökoneet ja -laitteet" 28.10.2025 mennessä. Ilmoittautua voi myös tämän jälkeen, mutta ilmoittautumiset huomioidaan hankintayksikön harkinnan mukaan.
