Description

Pyydämme tarjoustanne sähkötarvikkeista Tampereen Infra Oy:n käyttöön tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hankintaan kuuluvat tuotteet on esitetty tarjouslomakkeella (liite 3). Osatarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja, eli tarjoajan tulee tarjota kaikkia tarjouslomakkeella pyydettyjä tuotteita. Rinnakkaiset ja vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset ovat kiellettyjä. Hankinta on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä tavarahankinta. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on noin 800 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Hankintamenettelynä on hankintalain 32 § mukainen avoin menettely. Hankintaan liittyy puitejärjestelystä sopiminen ja puitejärjestely useamman toimittajan kanssa. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan enintään kaksi (2) toimittajaa. Hankinnan valmistelussa on toteutettu avoin markkinavuoropuhelu, josta julkaistiin markkinakartoitusilmoitus Hilmassa (ilmoituksen Hilma-numero: 2026-053741). Markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuminen ei ole edellytys tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiselle eikä vaikuta tarjoajan asemaan tarjouskilpailussa. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana.
