Logistiikkahallin huoltokuilun suojakansi, Hyttitie 3 85500 Nivala, Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä kilpailuttaa logistiikkahallin huoltokuilun suojakannen asennettuna. Toimitusosoite on Hyttitie 3 85500 Nivala. Huoltokuilun suojakannen vaatimukset: - Sallittu akselikuorma vähintään 1500kg - Sähkökäyttöinen. - Kaksiosainen ja kahdesta suunnasta sulkeutuva. - Asennetaan olemassa olevaan huoltokuiluun. - TÜV tyyppitestattu ja sertifioitu järjestelmä - Alumiininen - Kannen liikkuvuus toteutetaan itsevoitelevilla liukulaakeripuslilla sekä korroosionkestävällä ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla kuljetinketjulla tai teknisesti vastaavalla ratkaisulla. - Takuuaika vähintään 12kk (jos enemmän kirjatkaa tieto liitteelle) - "kuolleenmiehen -kytkin" - Pitää olla Suomen lakien ja asetusten mukainen sekä tällaiseen suojaukseen suunniteltu ja tarkoitettu - Suomenkieliset käyttöohjeet - Käyttöönotto-opastus - Yrityksellä tulee olla huoltopalvelu kyseiselle tuotteelle Toimittajalla tulee olla referenssi vastaavasta toimituksesta/asennuksesta. Ladattava liitteeksi referenssiin liittyvät kohdetiedot. Tarjouksen liitteeksi tulee ladata tiedosto, josta selviää tuotteen tekniset tiedot tarjouksen oikeellisuuden todentamista varten. Liitteestä on selvittävä myös eritelty hinta kansirakenteelle ja asennukselle. Palkkiomuoto ja kulukorvaukset: Tarjous tulee jättää kokonaishintana alv 0%. Kokonaishinnan tulee sisältää tuotteen lisäksi huoltokuilun tarkemittaus, toimitus sekä asennus. Suositellaan tutustumaan kohteeseen. Tarjoaja vastaa tarkemittauksista. Huoltokuilun suojakannen toimittaja ja asennustyön urakoitsija vastaa omien henkilöiden työturvallisuudesta. Toteutusaikataulu: Alustava huoltokuilun suojakannen asennuksen tulee olla valmis viimeistään VK50/2026. Tarkempi ajankohta sovitaan toimittajan ja tilaajan kesken. Tarjoajan tulee täyttää Tilaajavastuun mukaiset velvoitteet. Hankinnassa sovelletaan JYSE 2025 Tavarat sopimusehtoja. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä pohjakuva logistiikkahallista. Kysymykset tulee esittää Tarjouspalvelun kautta annettuun määräaikaan mennessä, muutoin esitetyt kysymykset ja niihin annetut vastaukset eivät ole hankintayksikköä sitovia.
