Porvoon Sähköverkko Oy (PSV) pyytää osallistumishakemuksia neuvottelumenettelyllä toteutettavaan hankintaan, joka koskee Hattulanranta-Kaupunginhaka-Kerkkoontie 110 kV maakaapelointia. Hanke toteutetaan yhteistyössä Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy:n (KSOY) kanssa. Hanke muodostuu kolmesta osasta: - tilaajien yhteinen 110 kV:n maakaapeliosuus n. 2,5 km - Porvoon Sähköverkon maakaapeliosuus n. 0,25 km - Kymenlaakson Sähköverkon maakaapeliosuus n. 7,5 km. Hankittava kokonaisuus jaetaan kilpailutuksessa urakkaan ja optioon seuraavasti: Urakkaan kuuluvat kokonaisuudet: - Hattulanranta/Porvoo - Kaupunginhaka molempien tilaajien putkitukset; - Werner Söderströmin katu - Porvoon Sähköverkon maakaapelin päätepiste putkitukset; - Porvoon Sähköverkon maakaapelin (Al 2500 kaapeli) sekä valokuitujen hankinta, asentaminen ja kytkentä Fingrid Oyj:n sähköasemalle sekä Porvoon Sähköverkon Kaupunginhaan erotinaseman pääteportaaliin; - Kymenlaakson Sähköverkon putkitukset päätetään Werner Söderströmin kadun alituksen jälkeen. Optioon kuuluvat kokonaisuudet: - Kaupunginhaka - Kerkkoontie, rakennettava osuus (Al 1200 kaapeli) putkituksineen. Myrskyläntien varrella toteutetaan kävelypolku kaapelireitille. - Kymenlaakson Sähköverkon maakaapelin (Al 1200 kaapeli) sekä valokuitujen hankinta, asentaminen sekä kytkentä Fingrid Oyj:n sähköasemalle ja Porvoo-Askola ilmajohtoon. Rakennettavat maakaapeliosuudet ja niiden sijainnit ovat kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteenä olevassa yleiskartassa. Kilpailutettavasta hankkeesta on lunastushakemus vireillä TEM:issä, ja siihen odotetaan päätöstä lähiaikoina. Hankinta kilpailutetaan ehdollisena, että hankintaan varattaville maa-alueille saadaan TEM:iltä lainvoimainen lunastuslupa ennen sopimuksen allekirjoitusta. Hankkeen suunniteltu toteuttamisaikataulu: - urakkasopimuksen suunniteltu alkamisajankohta on 1.10.2026, - urakkaan sisältyvien kokonaisuuksien tulee valmistua 31.10.2027 mennessä, - option lunastamisesta päätetään viimeistään 31.8.2027, - optioon sisältyvien kokonaisuuksien tulee valmistua 31.10.2029 mennessä. Tämän osallistumispyynnön liitteenä toimitetaan yleiskartta, urakkasopimusluonnos sekä yleiset sopimusehdot. Hankinnan yksityiskohtainen suunnitteluaineisto toimitetaan hankinnan seuraavassa vaiheessa alustavan tarjouspyynnön yhteydessä. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden täsmentää hankinta-asiakirjojen sisältöä hankintaprosessin aikana. Lopulliset sitovat hankinta-asiakirjat julkaistaan lopullisen tarjouspyynnön yhteydessä.
